The goal made the score 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Di Wei managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Mugiwara Boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Di Wei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remicio Camara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vicente Figari during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santiago Wanderers's Remicio Camara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Santiago Wanderers from getting a goal against them. Remicio Camara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Di Wei went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 30 minutes, Di Wei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Mugiwara Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Di Wei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andy Green made in the 31st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Barni Cabezas. Florentino Frei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Remicio Camara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remicio Camara was a little too slow when Di Wei got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 3-0. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Di Wei took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Remicio Camara to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to The Mugiwara Boys getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Oliverio Maas hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan Luis Adasme was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Di Wei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Andy Green threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Mugiwara Boys's Vicente Figari quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lucio Peñafiel took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remicio Camara. Remicio Camara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 67thth minute of the game Di Wei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santiago Wanderers's Remicio Camara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Di Wei scored 7-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remicio Camara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to The Mugiwara Boys getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Oliverio Maas hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Di Wei in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remicio Camara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 83 minutes into the game, Di Wei cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Remicio Camara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yoel Melgarejo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Santiago Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Di Wei came free, but Remicio Camara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Yoel Melgarejo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Di Wei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, Santiago Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Di Wei came free, but Remicio Camara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Mugiwara Boys's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
