After taking down the ball on Capo de Provincia's corner Christiano Cabañas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vinos Garland quite easily take care of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Juan Estevan Maettig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Héctor Barra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Capo de Provincia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Juan Estevan Maettig 97 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. The Capo de Provincia supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Los Andes Hotspur's performance. The match ended with a win for Los Andes Hotspur.
