Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Narciso Cardoso took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes in the game, Narciso Cardoso dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 6th match minute, Meirus SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Fernando Simão to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Miguel Fernandes fired a really elegant long shot, but Iuri Moura threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. In the 9th minute, Ronaldo do Valle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iuri Moura was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Emílio Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Narciso Cardoso took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iuri Moura. Iuri Moura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaltino Pombal in the 21st minute of play forced Meirus SS's goalkeeper Iuri Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iuri Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Meirus SS getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Denílson Pimenta hit a great ball. Iuri Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaltino Pombal in the 27th minute of the match. When Arcanjos's Ronaldo do Valle, in the 29th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Arcanjos. 31 minutes into the match, Arcanjos's Emílio Borges sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iuri Moura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Meirus SS's Iuri Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Cardoso in the 32nd minute of play. Narciso Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Narciso Cardoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arcanjos's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Cardoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iuri Moura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the game, Mauro Souto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meirus SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arcanjos the free kick. A collision led to Meirus SS getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Mauro Souto hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Miguel Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narciso Cardoso in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iuri Moura saved Meirus SS from getting behind. If Emílio Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Arcanjos's Narciso Cardoso, in the 55th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Arcanjos. 58 minutes into the match, Narciso Cardoso notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Meirus SS's Iuri Moura. Iuri Moura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Arcanjos getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Edson de Toledo hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when Edson de Toledo put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Arcanjos's Edson de Toledo got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Cafu Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Narciso Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Arcanjos's Narciso Cardoso got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iuri Moura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emílio Borges went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. 88 minutes into the game, Francisco Valadares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meirus SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arcanjos the free kick. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Meirus SS! The referee gave Arcanjos a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Isaltino Pombal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Meirus SS's Iuri Moura. 6-1. Narciso Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emílio Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Iuri Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Arcanjos were the better team. Arcanjos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
