Spectators: 7135 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 141) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mané Peres started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Juvenal Pombal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Birutas's goal looked a bit too open when Juvenal Pombal came free, but Róbson Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 minutes, Juvenal Pombal made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Birutas's Róbson Loyola tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mané Peres in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dênis Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Peres in the 17th minute of play forced Rondon SS's goalkeeper Dênis Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Horácio Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Deivid do Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deivid do Vale took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dênis Queiroz. Dênis Queiroz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Andrézinho Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rondon SS's Nicolas Fernandes got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Mané Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mané Peres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Silas Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. Róbson Loyola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silas Nascimento in the 53rd minute of the match. Mané Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Dênis Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Birutas's Dadá Mendes got a free kick in the 65th minute. Mané Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dênis Queiroz having to interfere. Artur Arósio was slow to take the kick. During this time Birutas's players had a chance to rest. In the 81st minute, Deivid do Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dênis Queiroz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Silas Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rondon SS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
