A collision led to YagoShow F.C getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Otávio Sousa hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Bueno during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. João Bueno hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. During the 57th minute of the match João Bueno completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave João Bueno a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of YagoShow F.C booed when Platinense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Bueno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nildo Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vânderson Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Eduardo Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Róbson Neves having to interfere. Platinense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Eduardo Braga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute Carlos Eduardo Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbson Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. YagoShow F.C's Róbson Neves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save YagoShow F.C from getting a goal against them. A nice corner shot did that Paulão Baiano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Róbson Neves quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
