Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fabiano Duarte got the match started through his kick off. TEIXEIRA F.C.'s Enéas Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino Santana in the 6th minute of play. Enéas Urbano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fábio Goianos short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Emerson Lago to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 15th match minute, TEIXEIRA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Antunes to maneuver through the defense. Enéas Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Santana in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, TEIXEIRA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Duarte came free, but Enéas Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enéas Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Gino Santana struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Enéas Urbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fronteira. Fronteira's Emerson Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Antunes in the 27th minute of play. Alessandro Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Lago having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Emerson Lago successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After some careless play in the Fronteira defense, Alessandro Antunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emerson Lago. The Fronteira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emerson Lago should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gino Santana got free with Enéas Urbano in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 58 played minutes TEIXEIRA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fábio Pires. In the 60th minute, Régis Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fábio Goiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Lago having to interfere. A collision led to Fronteira getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Vito Hames hit a great ball. If Alessandro Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fábio Goiano scored 2-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emerson Lago, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alessandro Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Gino Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alessandro Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Emerson Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute Régis Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaká Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 98th minute, Fábio Goiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. TEIXEIRA F.C. had won after a very even match.
