Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kléberson Dracena took the kick off in the first half of the match. Querida's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave M.O.T.O.R fc the free kick. Chiquinho Saraiva hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The supporters of Querida booed when M.O.T.O.R fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Guilherme Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reginaldo Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedê Godoi having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Querida's Luciano Matos got a free kick in the 36th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Guilherme Zonta during the 38th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Germano Toledo to make the kick off. Arnaldo Meira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 82 played minutes Querida got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Monteiro. After having played for 97 minutes, Reginaldo Barral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. M.O.T.O.R fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reginaldo Barral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. M.O.T.O.R fc's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
