Spectators: 6529 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dorian Lima got the match started through his kick off. Aloísio do Valle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tião Vale's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Galópolis FC's Tião Vale got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Pablo Cresenciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th match minute, Insanos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Lima to maneuver through the defense. Insanos FC's Aloísio do Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião Vale in the 14th minute of play. Ediberto Correia hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Insanos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tião Vale came free, but Aloísio do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorian Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 21 played minutes Galópolis FC got a freekick which was hit by Tião Vale. Tião Vale scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aloísio do Valle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edvaldo Torres hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Aloísio do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Cresenciano in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Insanos FC's zone, Luís Barsi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aloísio do Valle came out of the goal and Luís Barsi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Conrado Campidelis fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Insanos FC's protests and gave Conrado Campidelis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Insanos FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Conrado Campidelis hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Tião Vale made the kick off in the second half. Tião Vales short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Aloísio do Valle to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 58th match minute, Galópolis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Pitta to maneuver through the defense. Tião Vale in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aloísio do Valle, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aloísio do Valle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tião Vale in the 71st minute. In the 74th minute Galópolis FC were awarded a corner. Edu Moreira went to the cornerflag to take it. After 76 played minutes Insanos FC got a freekick which was hit by Edvaldo Torres. Aloísio do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Salgado in the 77th minute of play. Tião Vale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Aloísio do Valle made a huge save. When Pablo Cresenciano came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Galópolis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Cresenciano couldn't finish the play. Tião Vale's late challenge caught a Insanos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tião Vale helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st match minute, Galópolis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tião Vale to maneuver through the defense. Edvaldo Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Galópolis FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
