Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Igor Nunes made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Benjamim Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Igor Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mattinha's Gabriel Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chicão França in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Nunes in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horácio de Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13thth minute of the game Igor Nunes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Raizama's Horácio de Amaral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Raizama's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Nunes came free, but Horácio de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Igor Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Horácio de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Raizama getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Zé Carlos Martins hit a great ball. After 35 minutes of play, Mattinha's Gabriel Luz made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horácio de Amaral was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Nunes in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horácio de Amaral saved Raizama from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Igor Nunes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horácio de Amaral was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabrício Faria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Mattinha booed when Raizama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horácio de Amaral was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cláudio Arantes. Igor Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Horácio de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Igor Nunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mattinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Nunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horácio de Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oséas Braga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raizama's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Gabriel Luz scored to the left of an out of position Horácio de Amaral, making the score, 0-3. In the 68th minute, Benjamim Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Raizama getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Gilberto Linares hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Nunes in the 73rd minute of play forced Raizama's goalkeeper Horácio de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Nunes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Horácio de Amaral skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Oséas Braga struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Horácio de Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mattinha. In the 88th match minute, Mattinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vágner Koehler to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 93 minutes, Cláudio Arantes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mattinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cláudio Arantes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mattinha's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
