Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Iutica's Charles Lopes got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Délio Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adhemar Aparecido's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Marquinhos Castro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Wágner Fonseca made a huge save. Adhemar Aparecido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Délio Leme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Adhemar Aparecido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 17 minutes Iutica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Válter Lopez who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Timorande's corner Sebastião Berger fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Délio Leme quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Iutica getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Marquinhos Castro hit a great ball. Adhemar Aparecido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Délio Leme having to interfere. Adhemar Aparecido took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Délio Leme. Délio Leme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Tadeu Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastião Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st match minute, Iutica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enéas Vargas to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Iutica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Válter Lopez was slow to take the kick. During this time Timorande's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Válter Lopez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Iutica's Délio Leme did a great save. Adhemar Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Timorande were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cléber Cunha made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Castro in the 52nd minute of play forced Timorande's goalkeeper Wágner Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastião Berger got free with Délio Leme in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iutica's Marquinhos Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Délio Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Délio Leme came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Timorande's Adhemar Aparecido. But to his dismay, Adhemar Aparecido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 76th minute, Marquinhos Castro made a precise shot to the right of Wágner Fonseca. Timorande's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 81st minute of the match, Tadeu Peixoto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Délio Leme saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Timorande's Wágner Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Castro in the 85th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cássio Furtado during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Cássio Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Adhemar Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
