Spectators: 7244 (Terracing: 5434, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gabriel Secco took the kick off in the first half of the match. Zézinho Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Dadá Catarinense made a huge save. With a little luck, Quissaman's Dadá Catarinense got control of the ball when Zézinho Paiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodriguinho Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Zézinho Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Andrzej Rywin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute of the match, Zézinho Paiva got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dadá Catarinense was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The attack was good, but when Denílson Freitas in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Denílson Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zézinho Paiva's late challenge caught a Quissaman's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zézinho Paiva helped the player get up and apologised. After 33 played minutes Yugoslavia Legacy got a freekick which was hit by Zézinho Paiva. Luiz Guilherme Munhoz charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Guilherme Munhoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Secco in the 36th minute of play forced Yugoslavia Legacy's goalkeeper Andrzej Rywin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denílson Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When Denílson Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Yugoslavia Legacy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denílson Freitas couldn't finish the play. In the 45th match minute, Quissaman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexsandro Arruda to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Quissaman's zone, Zézinho Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dadá Catarinense came out of the goal and Zézinho Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denílson Freitas made a kick off. If Denílson Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Yugoslavia Legacy booed when Quissaman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinaldo Peixoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zézinho Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrzej Rywin having to interfere. Denílson Freitas struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Dadá Catarinense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yugoslavia Legacy. In the 81st minute Zézinho Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dadá Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zézinho Paiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Zézinho Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yugoslavia Legacy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zézinho Paiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denílson Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dadá Catarinense having to interfere. Yugoslavia Legacy were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
