In the 8th minute Valdo Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gino Luz hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, Juari SS's goal looked a bit too open when Valdo Penha came free, but Dedé Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Juari SS's Lucas Tande in the 12th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Tiaguinho Silveira was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Guveia through an amazing save. Dedé Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Carlos Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juari SS's Dedé Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Penha in the 17th minute of play. If Lucas Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Tande in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiaguinho Silveira saved Guveia from getting behind. Enio Mesquita's late challenge caught a Guveia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enio Mesquita helped the player get up and apologised. João Carlos Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. João Carlos Aguiar was the one to do the kick off. Lucas Tande took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiaguinho Silveira. Tiaguinho Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Matías Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, Lucas Tande had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiaguinho Silveira. Guveia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Tande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 76 minutes into the match, Juari SS's goal looked a bit too open when José Pedro Rocha came free, but Dedé Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Carlos Aguiar in the 79th minute of play forced Juari SS's goalkeeper Dedé Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Gino Luz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juari SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guveia the free kick. After a rather tough play, Juari SS's Gino Luz got a free kick in the 80th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Guveia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Juari SS.
