Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luiz Macedo to make the kick off. Imburana's Vicente Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Macedo in the 52nd minute of play. Pedro Luiz Peixoto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Romário Magalhães made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Flexx CS Team's goalkeeper Romário Magalhães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Luiz Peixoto. 62 minutes into the match, Imburana's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Macedo came free, but Vicente Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simão de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Vicente Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th match minute, Imburana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido Queirós to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Simão de Lara notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Imburana's Vicente Salles. Vicente Salles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Simão de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Salles having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Imburana's Sidnei Barbosa got a free kick in the 76th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Macedo in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicente Salles saved Imburana from getting behind. Romário Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Romário Magalhães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Luiz Peixoto in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the game, Sidnei Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Imburana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flexx CS Team the free kick. Sidnei Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Flexx CS Team were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Imburana for a fine match.
