After a rather tough play, Iguai FC's Leonel Azevedo got a free kick in the 6th minute. Jailson de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Arantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 played minutes Iguai FC got a freekick which was hit by Luizão Passos. 15 minutes into the match, Iguai FC's goalkeeper Jailson de Sena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Augusto de Sousa. In the 15th minute, Luizão Passos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iguai FC's Jailson de Sena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Iguai FC from getting a goal against them. Ramiro Arantes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramiro Arantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the game, Ramiro Arantes lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Jailson de Sena. Jailson de Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Arantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With an all-out effort, SC Bertioga's Jailson de Sena threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ramiro Arantes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jailson de Sena didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SC Bertioga's Carlos Augusto de Sousa shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Ramiro Arantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute Carlos Augusto de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramiro Arantes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Carlos Augusto de Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 55 minutes into the game, SC Bertioga's Carlos Augusto de Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jailson de Sena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Ramiro Arantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson de Sena having to interfere. Jailson de Sena came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Bertioga's Ramiro Arantes. But to his dismay, Ramiro Arantes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Jailson de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Arantes in the 85th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Ramiro Arantes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jailson de Sena. Iguai FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramiro Arantes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. In the 90th minute Carlos Augusto de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Augusto de Sousa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jailson de Sena having to make a save. In the 92nd minute, Ramiro Arantes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro Arantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson de Sena having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the SC Bertioga players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
