Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lucas de Medeiros kicked off to start the match. TATETUBA's Laércio de Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfredinho Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wellington Souto having to interfere. Ah!Negão FC's Adriano Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Ah!Negão FC from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the match, Ah!Negão FC's goalkeeper Adriano Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laércio de Senna. If Laércio de Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laércio de Senna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adriano Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. TATETUBA's Laércio de Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Laércio de Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredinho Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Wellington Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laércio de Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laércio de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tarcisio Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ah!Negão FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcelo Vander was slow to take the kick. During this time TATETUBA's players had a chance to rest. Régis Braga scored 1-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adriano Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilmar Capixaba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. TATETUBA's Laércio de Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laércio de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Adriano Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ah!Negão FC's zone, Laércio de Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Azevedo came out of the goal and Laércio de Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adriano Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas de Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the match, Lucas de Medeiros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adriano Azevedo. Ah!Negão FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas de Medeiros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Adriano Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laércio de Senna in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Ronaldinho Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas de Medeiros in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adriano Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. TATETUBA's Lucas de Medeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Lucas de Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot. TATETUBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas de Medeiros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriano Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The TATETUBA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ah!Negão FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
