Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Enio Abraão took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fernando Arósio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Francisco de Carvalho. La Coruja F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in La Coruja F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! Gildo Fernandez shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enio Abraão in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Francisco de Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fellipe Vale hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Dorian Porto hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Miritituba FC's Enio Abraão in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Coruja F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. The La Coruja F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when La Coruja F.C.'s Pedrinho Vander looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pedrinho Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nando Almeida having to interfere. Valdemar Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enio Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Francisco de Carvalho having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diamantino Seco got free with João Francisco de Carvalho in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Francisco de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enio Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diamantino Seco might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Francisco de Carvalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diamantino Seco ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in La Coruja F.C.'s zone, Enio Abraão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Francisco de Carvalho came out of the goal and Enio Abraão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedrinho Vander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 68th minute, Diamantino Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Francisco de Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. La Coruja F.C.'s João Francisco de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enio Abraão in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute Diamantino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Francisco de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enio Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. João Francisco de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Diamantino Seco made a precise shot to the right of João Francisco de Carvalho. La Coruja F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. After a rather tough play, Miritituba FC's Reginaldo Magalhães got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 86 played minutes Miritituba FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro Freire. If Pedrinho Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 93 minutes into the match, Miritituba FC's goalkeeper Nando Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdemar Baptista. If Pedrinho Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miritituba FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of La Coruja F.C. for a fine match.
