Túlio Neto was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Simão Pena capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Simão Pena really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 24 minutes into the match, Gabriel Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Rezende. Possante de Jacó's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabriel Lima was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Simão Pena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Túlio Neto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Simão Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Túlio Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Possante de Jacó's Simão Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 58 minutes, Osvaldinho Lopes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karakura FC and the Possante de Jacó players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Karakura FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Osvaldinho Lopes hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simão Pena in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Túlio Neto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Karakura FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Túlio Neto should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Simão Pena notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Karakura FC's Túlio Neto. Túlio Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adelino Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Possante de Jacó walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
