Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Deng Yin Sang started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Deng Yin Sang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombo A.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Deng Yin Sang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabiano Dias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ali Nejat Özertem having to make a save. 7 minutes into the game, Fabiano Dias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gurgel SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombo A.C. the free kick. In the 7th match minute, Gurgel SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Dias to maneuver through the defense. Gurgel SC's Adelino Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deng Yin Sang in the 8th minute of play. Geovanni Mesquita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 15th minute of the match Silas Meira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adelino Aguiar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Deng Yin Sang took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adelino Aguiar. Adelino Aguiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Adelino Aguiar didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Colombo A.C.'s Deng Yin Sang shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Dias in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Deng Yin Sang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombo A.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Lauro Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Colombo A.C.'s Deng Yin Sang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adelino Aguiar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Deng Yin Sang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adelino Aguiar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Deng Yin Sang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adelino Aguiar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Fabiano Dias made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, one of Gurgel SC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Adelino Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deng Yin Sang, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Adelino Aguiar came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombo A.C.'s Deng Yin Sang. But to his dismay, Deng Yin Sang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. If Deng Yin Sang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adelino Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deng Yin Sang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 minutes of play, Gurgel SC's Olívio Lara made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Nejat Özertem was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colombo A.C.'s Ian Cosme was substituted for Deng Yin Sang. In the 66th minute of the match, Ian Cosme got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adelino Aguiar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Geovanni Mesquita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilson Cavalcante charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilson Cavalcante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adelino Aguiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ian Cosme's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Ian Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Ian Cosme kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adelino Aguiar. That made the score 1-10 in the 86 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Ian Cosme took a quick shot and it went in 1-11 without a chance for Adelino Aguiar to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombo A.C.'s Ian Cosme slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adelino Aguiar. That made the score 1-12 after 96 minutes of play.
