Teodoro Lemos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Nestor de Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Lemos in the 87th minute of play. After 90 played minutes, Mangalatiba SC's Geovani Negri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernardo Magalhães came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mangalatiba SC reached it. Isidro Serafo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. The Mangalatiba SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Red Bull Sumaré were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
