Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Amílton Pontes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Vitório da Rocha put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of João Francisco Soeiro. After having played for 9 minutes, Jano Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avahy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jano Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Francisco Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Vitório da Rocha succeeded in the game's 16th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. João Francisco Soeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Davi Senna's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Enéas Jacinto hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Davi Senna was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jano Queirós recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Davi Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the RICO FC defense, Vitório da Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Francisco Soeiro. The RICO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Francisco Soeiro should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davi Senna was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Senna in the 51st minute of play forced RICO FC's goalkeeper João Francisco Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Francisco Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitório da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 55 minutes of play, Avahy's Vitório da Rocha made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Francisco Soeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in RICO FC's zone, Davi Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Francisco Soeiro came out of the goal and Davi Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Francisco Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitório da Rocha in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute Davi Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Francisco Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitório da Rocha took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Francisco Soeiro. João Francisco Soeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 67th minute Vitório da Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Francisco Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enéas Jacinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Francisco Soeiro having to interfere. João Francisco Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. João Francisco Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davi Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, RICO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vitório da Rocha came free, but João Francisco Soeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Francisco Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enéas Jacinto in the 78th minute of play. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Vitório da Rocha sped through RICO FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Francisco Soeiro. In the 85th minute, Davi Senna made a precise shot to the right of João Francisco Soeiro. RICO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitório da Rocha in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Francisco Soeiro saved RICO FC from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Avahy players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
