Spectators: 7321 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 146) Enrique Freire came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by PIRANGI's Alberto Tinoco. But to his dismay, Alberto Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Luan Vianna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luan Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Perseveranca's Víktor Valle got a free kick in the 21st minute. Pedro Branco scored 1-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrézinho Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luan Vianna in the 35th minute of play forced Perseveranca's goalkeeper Enrique Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Luan Vianna made a precise shot to the right of Enrique Freire. Perseveranca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Luan Vianna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Freire having to interfere. Enrique Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Víktor Valle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Perseveranca's zone, Luan Vianna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Freire came out of the goal and Luan Vianna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Perseveranca's goalkeeper Enrique Freire had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luan Vianna. The audience was convinced that Víktor Valle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrézinho Xavier was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Alberto Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute of the match, Luan Vianna got a very nice opportunity to score, but Enrique Freire was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 71 minutes Perseveranca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zé Augusto Vander who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Zé Augusto Vander almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Perseveranca's Enrique Freire did a great save. 74 minutes into the match, Alberto Tinoco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Enrique Freire, 1-5. In the 77th minute, Luan Vianna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Freire was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. After 82 played minutes PIRANGI got a freekick which was hit by Rui Dionísio. In the 85th minute Alberto Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Luan Vianna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Perseveranca booed when PIRANGI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Freire was a little too slow when Alberto Tinoco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 1-7.
