Clóvis dos Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Zerinho F.C.'s zone, Valério Cavalcante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Lima came out of the goal and Valério Cavalcante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Umberto Hoffmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clóvis dos Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Umberto Hoffmann ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute, Valério Zanette left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zerinho F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Afonso Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Afonso Lima was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Frédson Ribeiro. Orlando da Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Clóvis dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clóvis dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valério Zanette in the 47th minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Zerinho F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkın Tekinalp to maneuver through the defense. Clóvis dos Santos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Camilo Ramos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 68 minute of play. Orlando da Silva scored 0-5 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clóvis dos Santos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zerinho F.C.'s Elivélton Nascimento was substituted for Délio Meira. Zerinho F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
