The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aílton Almeida could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Rômulo Tavares made a huge save. With a little luck, Villa Juniores F.C.'s Rômulo Tavares got control of the ball when Nando Rezende tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute FALCOES FC were awarded a corner. Tony Goiano went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice moves Nando Rezende could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Rômulo Tavares however easily saved by the left post. 2-0 became the score in the 20th minute when Biggs Mac Donald elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rômulo Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aílton Almeida in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Biggs Mac Donald recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rômulo Tavares. Biggs Mac Donald showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. 30 minutes into the match, Aílton Almeida dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rômulo Tavares, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aílton Almeida in the 35th minute of play forced Villa Juniores F.C.'s goalkeeper Rômulo Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Villa Juniores F.C. getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Osvaldo Sá hit a great ball. With a little luck, Villa Juniores F.C.'s Rômulo Tavares got control of the ball when Aílton Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 48th minute of the match FALCOES FC got a corner. The wind increased when Osvaldo Sá made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aílton Almeida in the 53rd minute of play forced Villa Juniores F.C.'s goalkeeper Rômulo Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Eduardo Paulista's late challenge caught a FALCOES FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chico de Brito hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Caetano de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo Tavares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Aílton Almeida ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rômulo Tavares was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villa Juniores F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafim Oliveira during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
