The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldo Soares to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Frecheirinha AD got a freekick which was hit by Ramón Mandrak. Mundial FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Sanches was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claudinei Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Soares in the 77th minute of the match. Mundial FC's Vladislav Samsonov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Severo in the 83rd minute of play. Válter Gaspar scored 1-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladislav Samsonov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Mundial FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Gražvydas Mažeika hit a great ball. Válter Gaspars short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Vladislav Samsonov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vivaldo Severo during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mundial FC booed when Frecheirinha AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vivaldo Severo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Mundial FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
