Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) With a little luck, SC ENSEADA's Edu Oliveira got control of the ball when Ian Valladares tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute Dudu Tróia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edu Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SC ENSEADA's Edu Oliveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save SC ENSEADA from getting a goal against them. In the 14th match minute, SC ENSEADA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Pedro Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th match minute, SC ENSEADA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiquinho Coelho to maneuver through the defense. After 20 minutes of play, SC ENSEADA's Chiquinho Coelho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilson de Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! SC ENSEADA's Edu Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Salgado in the 26th minute of play. Chiquinho Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson de Azevedo having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ibirataia defense, Roberto Braga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nilson de Azevedo. The Ibirataia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nilson de Azevedo should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Ibirataia's zone, Chiquinho Coelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nilson de Azevedo came out of the goal and Chiquinho Coelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th match minute, Ibirataia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to SC ENSEADA getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Bernardinho Moraes hit a great ball. Bernardinho Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Bernardinho Moraes made the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 52 in the game by Bernardinho Moraes from a close distance when the talented Nilson de Azevedo managed to make a qualified save. Ibirataia's players were relieved. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ibirataia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 55 minutes, SC ENSEADA's André Luiz Sampaio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Nilson de Azevedo. After a rather tough play, Ibirataia's Samuel Mineiro got a free kick in the 59th minute. If Roberto Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. SC ENSEADA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chiquinho Coelho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Chiquinho Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Samuel Mineiro fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibirataia's protests and gave Samuel Mineiro a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Ibirataia got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Mineiro. Ibirataia's Nilson de Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Ibirataia from getting a goal against them. After having played for 85 minutes, Chiquinho Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
