Real Parque FC's Carlos Augusto Batista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arlindo Recife in the 12th minute of play. Murillo Simões didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateus Vergílio went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 21 played minutes MotoSerra FC got a freekick which was hit by Frank da Silveira. Real Parque FC's Cacá Leite couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for MotoSerra FC. Carlos Augusto Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of MotoSerra FC booed when Real Parque FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válter Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateus Vergílio to make the kick off. After 73 played minutes Real Parque FC got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Vergílio. 77 minutes into the game, Guto do Vale cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Carlos Augusto Batista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd match minute, Real Parque FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válter Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateus Vergílio in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Murillo Simões prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Real Parque FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
