Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulão Proença got free with Panait Balaeț in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tales Catarinense took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giovanni Branco. Giovanni Branco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 12th minute, Tales Catarinense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giovanni Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from D.J. Sá in the 15th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Embirizal fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! Giovanni Branco had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Tales Catarinense's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Tales Catarinense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Rossi kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Panait Balaeț was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Telmo Barral. If D.J. Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, Tales Catarinense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Giovanni Branco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ramiro Prata hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Giovanni Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tales Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Tales Catarinense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 played minutes Biruleibe FC got a freekick which was hit by Tales Catarinense. In the 44th minute Tales Catarinense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panait Balaeț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Prata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovanni Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tales Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Oscar Maia's late challenge caught a Embirizal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Maia helped the player get up and apologised. Oscar Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramiro Prata made a kick off. Miguel Rossi kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. D.J. Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If D.J. Biruleibe FC's Tobias Julberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 71st minute, Tales Catarinense fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Giovanni Branco, passed just outside the right post. 74 minutes into the match, Tales Catarinense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giovanni Branco. Embirizal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tales Catarinense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 81st minute, Válter Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulão Proença in the 83rd minute of play forced Biruleibe FC's goalkeeper Panait Balaeț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Biruleibe FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Tobias Julberg hit a great ball. Tomé Mendonça was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 93 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, Biruleibe FC's Tales Catarinense got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Giovanni Branco. A collision led to Biruleibe FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Amílton Zonta hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Biruleibe FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Embirizal.
