Luan Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachariasz Bronicki in the 11th minute of the match. Gabriel Lara charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Despite this Luan Perez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hamdi Sunay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Luan Perez made a huge save. In the 27th minute, Raul Franco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Hoogina getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Waldemar Cavalcante hit a great ball. Luan Perez came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Argento 1972's Zachariasz Bronicki. But to his dismay, Zachariasz Bronicki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Zachariasz Bronicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luan Perez had great luck who in the 40thth minute grab hold of the ball when Zachariasz Bronicki from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Luan Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamdi Sunay, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Hoogina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. If Raul Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamdi Sunay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Luan Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
