In the 9th match minute, Campestrinho SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caio Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldinho Tepedino struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Rogério Dionísio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real-United-States. Rogério Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Vítor Guimarães scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rogério Dionísio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oséias Rosado hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute Ronaldinho Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Real-United-States's goalkeeper Dadá Trevisan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 35 minutes, Arthur Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campestrinho SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arthur Furtado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Real-United-States getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Rodrigo Rocha hit a great ball. Real-United-States's Dadá Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fernando Matorin in the 43rd minute of play. If Fabiano Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rogério Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Tepedino in the 48th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arthur Furtado was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabiano Linhares got free with Rogério Dionísio in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodrigo Rocha's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rogério Dionísio firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Real-United-States fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Mário Tavares came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Campestrinho SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mário Tavares couldn't finish the play. Arthur Furtado missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 72 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Dadá Trevisan right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabiano Linhares got free with Rogério Dionísio in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Fabiano Linhares could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Rogério Dionísio however easily saved by the left post. Campestrinho SC's Juvenal Gaúcho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Oséias Rosado, made in the 82nd minute of the game. 83 minutes into the game, Campestrinho SC's Juvenal Gaúcho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dadá Trevisan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Campestrinho SC's Juvenal Gaúcho got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute of the game Oséias Rosado made a throw-in which Rodrigo Rocha played forward. In the 92nd match minute, Real-United-States was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Rocha to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Oséias Rosado from long distance, 96 minutes into the match, got Rogério Dionísio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The Real-United-States players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
