Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hernani Alves took the kick off in the first half of the match. Adilson Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If William Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Magula Fc's Adilson Veiga got control of the ball when Guga Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adilson Veiga made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when William Toledo sent off a good shot on target. Celso Barreto's late challenge caught a Númenor FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Barreto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Númenor FC booed when Magula Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Barreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guga Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Adilson Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Númenor FC's Daniel Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Teles in the 29th minute of play. Hernani Alves might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Guerra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernani Alves ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristóvão Antunes charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristóvão Antunes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nuno Mineiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adilson Veiga having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when William Toledo made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Magula Fc's zone, William Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adilson Veiga came out of the goal and William Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A nice corner shot did that Armandinho Matorin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adilson Veiga quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. William Toledo took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adilson Veiga. Adilson Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Nuno Mineiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adilson Veiga having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers William Toledo in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adilson Veiga saved Magula Fc from getting behind. If Nuno Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. William Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by William Toledo during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. William Toledo hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Emílio do Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Magula Fc's goal looked a bit too open when William Toledo came free, but Adilson Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adilson Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Toledo in the 87th minute of play. In the 91stth minute of the game William Toledo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Magula Fc's Adilson Veiga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hernani Alves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Daniel Guerra made a huge save. Magula Fc's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
