Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Richard Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jano Mineiro in the 3rd minute of play. After 7 played minutes Sustino AD got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Macedo. Ingazeira's Jerônimo Abreu got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rômulo de Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rômulo de Sena got free with Richard Rezende in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 20 played minutes Ingazeira got a freekick which was hit by Dadá Rocha. Richard Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Meirelles in the 21st minute of the match. Marcelo Meirelles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Richard Rezende came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcelo Meirelles slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. Rômulo de Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Richard Rezende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Enio Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rômulo de Sena succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 41st playminute. João Augusto Lira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 47 played minutes Ingazeira got a freekick which was hit by Jerônimo Abreu.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rômulo de Sena made a kick off. When Enio Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ingazeira's protests and gave Enio Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sustino AD booed when Ingazeira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Augusto Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Vale in the 58th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Manuel Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Lira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 64 minutes, Enio Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ingazeira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enio Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osvaldo Lima hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Zé Pedro de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 68 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sustino AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ingazeira the free kick. Osvaldo Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Sérgio Nóbrega's late challenge caught a Sustino AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sérgio Nóbrega helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Sérgio Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sustino AD's João Augusto Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Vale in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ingazeira's Jerônimo Abreu got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 89 minutes of play Ingazeira's Enio Nascimento was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Enio Nascimento hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Luís Fernando Munhoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sustino AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Fernando Munhoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sustino AD's Rômulo de Sena got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 96th play minutes Dadá Rocha shot 2-1, a short shot which went by João Augusto Lira and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sustino AD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ingazeira had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
