Botafogo - RP's Conal MacDonald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matheus Nascimento in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes Botafogo - RP's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Matheus Nascimento who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Final Death F.C.'s Bernardo Valadares to fire away a dangerous shot which Conal MacDonald despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Denílson Souto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Botafogo - RP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Final Death F.C. the free kick. After 17 played minutes Botafogo - RP got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Souto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bebeto Moreno in the 20th minute of play forced Botafogo - RP's goalkeeper Conal MacDonald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Matheus Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bebeto Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conal MacDonald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Godoi in the 31st minute of play. Conal MacDonald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matheus Nascimento in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Bebeto Moreno made a precise shot to the right of Conal MacDonald. Botafogo - RP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 39 minutes into the match, Botafogo - RP's goal looked a bit too open when Délio Godoi came free, but Conal MacDonald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Final Death F.C. were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Botafogo - RP's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matheus Nascimento took the corner. Final Death F.C.'s Bernardo Valadares was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Conal MacDonald in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The wind increased when Teodoro das Neves made the kick off in the second half. If Bebeto Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Final Death F.C.'s Matheus Nascimento in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Botafogo - RP's Conal MacDonald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Délio Godoi in the 57th minute of play. Conal MacDonald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Leal in the 59th minute of the match. Conal MacDonald was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matheus Nascimento showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 60 minute of play. Bebeto Moreno scored 0-9 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Conal MacDonald, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Botafogo - RP's zone, Bebeto Moreno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conal MacDonald came out of the goal and Bebeto Moreno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Conal MacDonald made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Bebeto Moreno sent off a good shot on target. Diogo de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Conal MacDonald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Godoi in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Botafogo - RP's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Leal came free, but Conal MacDonald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Final Death F.C.'s Matheus Nascimento dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. Conal MacDonald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Délio Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denílson Souto hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Botafogo - RP defense, Matheus Nascimento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Conal MacDonald. The Botafogo - RP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conal MacDonald should have stopped the shot. Conal MacDonald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Délio Godoi's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Matheus Nascimento scored 0-12 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Conal MacDonald, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Final Death F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Botafogo - RP.
