The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, CLUBE PANTERA NEGRA's Lino Eger got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredinho Custódio in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredão Donato prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CLUBE PANTERA NEGRA's Rodriguinho Alcântara pulled a muscle in his back after 10 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 11th match minute, KENWOOD FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Couto to maneuver through the defense. The audience cheered when Lucas da Rocha's long shot passed Alfredão Donato's right side. It was 0-1, 12 minutes into the match. Paulo Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Alfredão Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltazar Dracena scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernani Mesquita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulo Saldanha took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredão Donato. Alfredão Donato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 32nd minute, Alfredinho Custódio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CLUBE PANTERA NEGRA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 35th minute, Alfredinho Custódio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredão Donato was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. A collision led to CLUBE PANTERA NEGRA getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Lino Eger hit a great ball. Paulo Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to KENWOOD FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Teodoro Montenegro hit a great ball. After the first half CLUBE PANTERA NEGRA were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredinho Custódio was the one to do the kick off. Alfredinho Custódio scored 1-5 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredão Donato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, KENWOOD FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paulo Saldanha fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With 71 minutes on the clock, Paulo Renato Trancoso commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 72nd match minute, CLUBE PANTERA NEGRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Renato Trancoso to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, KENWOOD FC's Alfredão Donato got control of the ball when Paulo Saldanha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulo Saldanha scored 1-7 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredão Donato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulo Saldanha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Alfredão Donato made a huge save. After a rather tough play, KENWOOD FC's Claudinei Leite got a free kick in the 91st minute. Paulo Saldanha succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-8 in the 94th playminute. CLUBE PANTERA NEGRA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
