Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Robrecht Moreau got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Canários EC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Costa came free, but Filip Blicharz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 3 minutes of play, Academia do Povo FC's Marcelo Costa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filip Blicharz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filip Blicharz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Costa in the 6th minute of the match. With his leg Jeferson da Silveira managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Canários EC's Robrecht Moreau fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 15th minute Celedonio Clis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Blicharz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Boruc Misiorowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canários EC's Filip Blicharz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orlando Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jeferson da Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nelsinho Seco hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Cavalcante in the 23rd minute of play forced Canários EC's goalkeeper Filip Blicharz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robrecht Moreau in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeferson da Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Orlando Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Celedonio Clis notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Canários EC's Filip Blicharz. Filip Blicharz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filip Blicharz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeferson da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robrecht Moreau in the 42nd minute of the match. Robrecht Moreau succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 42nd playminute. When Claudinho Palmeira fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Canários EC's protests and gave Claudinho Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Marcelo Costa made the kick off in the second half. Filip Blicharz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute Orlando Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeferson da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celedonio Clis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Canários EC could leave the field as winners, despite Academia do Povo FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
