In the 10th minute Hermínio Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel dos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ewerton's Carlinhos de Souza got a free kick in the 15th minute. Alberto Spencer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Spencer in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcel dos Santos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marcel dos Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Vinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Hermínio Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Ewerton defense, Alberto Spencer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel dos Santos. The Ewerton fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel dos Santos should have stopped the shot. 27 minutes into the game, Alberto Spencer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Marcel dos Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 30 minutes into the match, ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomás de Amorim came free, but Börje Skarkman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Alberto Spencer got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, Ewerton's Marcel dos Santos got control of the ball when Caio Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Spencer did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Marcel dos Santos 39 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ewerton getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Rui Leal hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberto Spencer to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51st play minutes Caio Silva shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Marcel dos Santos and just under the crossbar into goal. After 93 minutes Ewerton's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zé Augusto Secco who took care of the corner kick. With 94 minutes on the clock, Bruninho Arósio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alberto Spencer, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ewerton's Marcel dos Santos. 15-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ had played much better football throughout.
