Serafim Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Catete United FC's 蔡国阳 tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of APOCALIPSE booed when Catete United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basílio Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. APOCALIPSE were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Catete United FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Duarte Neiva took the corner. The corner ended in Orlando Paraense almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Catete United FC's Michel Oblak did a great save. After a defensive mix-up in APOCALIPSE's zone, Ricardinho Dantas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paredes Xavier came out of the goal and Ricardinho Dantas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the game, Serafim Queiroz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. APOCALIPSE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catete United FC the free kick. A collision led to APOCALIPSE getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Serafim Queiroz hit a great ball. Paredes Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 蔡国阳 in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emílio Berger in the 26th minute of play forced APOCALIPSE's goalkeeper Paredes Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paredes Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Dantas in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Catete United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Mazza came free, but Michel Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paredes Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Dantas in the 30th minute of the match. APOCALIPSE's Paredes Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Dantas in the 30th minute of play. Lúcio Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Oblak having to interfere. After 39 played minutes Catete United FC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Paulo Rezende. Luiz Mazza charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Mazza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, APOCALIPSE's Luiz Mazza got a free kick in the 42nd minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Mazza to strike the kick off in the second half. Agnaldo Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Oblak having to interfere. If Agnaldo Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ricardinho Dantas sped through APOCALIPSE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paredes Xavier. 61 minutes into the game, Orlando Paraense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. APOCALIPSE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catete United FC the free kick. After 65 minutes Catete United FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Duarte Neiva who took care of the corner kick. Luiz Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, APOCALIPSE's goalkeeper Paredes Xavier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardinho Dantas. The crowd rose to their feet as Ricardinho Dantas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paredes Xavier. That made the score 0-3 in the 69 minute of play. In the 78th minute, Filomeno Timo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filomeno Timo charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filomeno Timo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Agnaldo Cruz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michel Oblak having to make a save. Michel Oblak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The APOCALIPSE manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Catete United FC to win.
