In the 6th minute Bruno Africano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fellipe Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Royal Mariachis's Waldir de Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 8 played minutes Alvinegro Carioca got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Diniz. If Wesley Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. Fellipe Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atak Sehriyar in the 33rd minute of play. Bruno Africano struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Fellipe Porto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvinegro Carioca. Fellipe Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atak Sehriyar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Atak Sehriyar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fellipe Porto was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atak Sehriyar in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fellipe Porto saved Los Royal Mariachis from getting behind. Atak Sehriyar kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute Bruno Africano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fellipe Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guilherme Dias hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. José Augusto Mendonça stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Waldir de Amaral's shot from short distance in the 49th minute. The Los Royal Mariachis fans' excitement grew in the 49th match minute when Los Royal Mariachis's Waldir de Amaral looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Africano made a kick off. Baybars-Tolgahan Balta kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Albertinho Velloso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Augusto Mendonça having to make a save. Fellipe Porto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Atak Sehriyar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 58 minute of play. Atak Sehriyar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Fellipe Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waldir de Amaral in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Augusto Mendonça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Alvinegro Carioca's Celsinho Diniz got a free kick in the 65th minute.
