Spectators: 7693 (Terracing: 5771, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ademir Secco kicked off to start the match. Eusébio Tande came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Zumbi - Férias's Magno Moreira. But to his dismay, Magno Moreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ademir Secco kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Zé Pedro Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Tande having to interfere. If Magno Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute Magno Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ademir Secco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Geovanildo Mendi came out and tried to block the shot, but Ademir Secco slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Ademir Secco made a precise shot to the right of Geovanildo Mendi. Vila Zumbi - Férias's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After 26 played minutes Liverpool FC got a freekick which was hit by Hermínio de Queirós. Geovanildo Mendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademir Secco in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Magno Moreira came free, but Eusébio Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 minutes, Felipe de Brito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vila Zumbi - Férias and the Liverpool FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vila Zumbi - Férias's Felipe de Brito got a free kick in the 34th minute. Eusébio Tande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magno Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magno Moreira in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusébio Tande saved Liverpool FC from getting behind. In the 42nd play minute Ademir Secco came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Geovanildo Mendi. 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geovanildo Cannavaro during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Geovanildo Cannavaro kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Magno Moreira made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Magno Moreira fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eusébio Tande, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 53 minutes, Elano Coutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vila Zumbi - Férias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elano Coutinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Vila Zumbi - Férias's zone, Ademir Secco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovanildo Mendi came out of the goal and Ademir Secco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Magno Moreiras short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Eusébio Tande to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Magno Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the game, Daniel Penha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liverpool FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vila Zumbi - Férias the free kick. Vila Zumbi - Férias made a substitution. Hermínio Silva replaced Magno Moreira. A hard shot 80 in the game by Hermínio Silva from a close distance when the talented Eusébio Tande managed to make a qualified save. Liverpool FC's players were relieved. Hermínio Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Eusébio Tande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geovanildo Mendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermínio de Queirós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the game, Liverpool FC's Túlio Arantes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geovanildo Mendi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Eusébio Tande made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermínio Silva in the 90th minute. Liverpool FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
