In the 59th minute, Efraín Bacete ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christiano Guimarães was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Christiano Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efraín Bacete in the 63rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Efraín Bacete got free with Christiano Guimarães in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Vladimir Ambjerg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Chano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Christiano Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Alexandre Vides took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Christiano Guimarães to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded Frutal FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Motta Futebol Clube.
