Spectators: 7702 (Terracing: 5778, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) Pato City's Duda Teixeira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gabri Alvarez scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Aparecido, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ismael Aparecido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabricio Quiroga in the 16th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Chaves do 8 FC's Róbson Moreira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ismael Aparecido. That made the score 3-0 after 21 minutes of play. Gabri Alvarez struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ismael Aparecido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chaves do 8 FC. With 29 minutes on the clock, Chico Capixaba commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 29th minute, one of Pato City:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pato City. In the 34th match minute, Chaves do 8 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Lima to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, Pato City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fabricio Quiroga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Duda Teixeira's late challenge caught a Chaves do 8 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Duda Teixeira helped the player get up and apologised. Ismael Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbson Moreira in the 39th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Chaves do 8 FC's Zé Carlos Baptista dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Róbson Moreira made the kick off in the second half. Gabri Alvarez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Chaves do 8 FC's Gabri Alvarez in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pato City's goalie prevented a goal. In the 57thth minute of the game Gabri Alvarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pato City's Ismael Aparecido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chaves do 8 FC were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Pato City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabricio Quiroga took the corner. After 63 played minutes Pato City got a freekick which was hit by Duda Teixeira. Ismael Aparecido came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Chaves do 8 FC's Gabri Alvarez. But to his dismay, Gabri Alvarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After some careless play in the Pato City defense, Gabri Alvarez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Aparecido. The Pato City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Aparecido should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute, Fabricio Quiroga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismael Aparecido was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. After some careless play in the Pato City defense, Róbson Moreira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Aparecido. The Pato City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Aparecido should have stopped the shot. In the 81stth minute of the game Róbson Moreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pato City's Ismael Aparecido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 91st minute Róbson Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Aparecido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chaves do 8 FC had played much better football throughout.
