The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Giovani Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Chaves do 8 FC's Nilson Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Carlos Moreno in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th minute Flavinho Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitinho Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lidice's Vitinho Gaspar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Lidice from getting a goal against them. Vitinho Gaspar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Nilson Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Cruz in the 25th minute of play. Vitinho Gaspar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arthur Esteves went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Vitinho Gaspar was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Flavinho Dionísio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Flavinho Dionísio really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. 36 minutes into the match, Lidice's goal looked a bit too open when José Augusto Cearense came free, but Vitinho Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Lidice's goalkeeper Vitinho Gaspar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Augusto Cearense. 39 minutes into the match, Lidice's goal looked a bit too open when Flavinho Dionísio came free, but Vitinho Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lidice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chaves do 8 FC the free kick. A collision led to Lidice getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Vitinho Gaspar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vitinho Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Frans, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 77thth minute of the game Arthur Esteves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lidice's Vitinho Gaspar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arthur Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitinho Gaspar having to interfere. Lidice's Vitinho Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Augusto Cearense in the 90th minute of play. Vitinho Gaspar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Posadzki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 minutes of play, Chaves do 8 FC's José Augusto Cearense made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vitinho Gaspar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 96 minutes into the match, Lidice's goal looked a bit too open when Gabri Alvarez came free, but Vitinho Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zé Carlos Moreno fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lidice's protests and gave Zé Carlos Moreno a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lidice getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Zé Carlos Moreno hit a great ball. Chaves do 8 FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
