In the 16th minute, Vítor Vieira made a precise shot to the right of Walmyr da Silva. NEWCASTLE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Pan Jian Bang hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. NEWCASTLE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eduardo Langarica ran over to the corner to take the kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in NEWCASTLE fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! 52 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goal looked a bit too open when Valdomiro Nunes came free, but Belmiro Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Horacio Sayveon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walmyr da Silva was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horacio Sayveon in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walmyr da Silva saved NEWCASTLE from getting behind. Pan Jian Bang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Walmyr da Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horacio Sayveon did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Walmyr da Silva 67 minutes into the match. In the 71st play minute Horacio Sayveon came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Walmyr da Silva. 0-9. After having played for 83 minutes, Geovani Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geovani Medeiros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vítor Vieira came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Walmyr da Silva could save by the left post. Vítor Vieira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Walmyr da Silva made a huge save. Alexsandro Almeida scored 1-11 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Belmiro Montenegro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Horacio Sayveon might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walmyr da Silva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horacio Sayveon ran back to his position shaking his head. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
