Though ot was a great shot Caravelas FC's keeper Pedro Luiz Lago was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After 13 played minutes Caravelas FC got a freekick which was hit by Alex de Alcântara. Romário Faria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Luiz Lago having to make a save. Nicolas Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Romário Faria notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Caravelas FC's Pedro Luiz Lago. Pedro Luiz Lago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gláuber Recife hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Tigre Brasilis F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Nando Trigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luiz Lago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the game, Tigre Brasilis F.C.'s William Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Luiz Lago made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Fabinho Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex de Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Caravelas FC's goal looked a bit too open when William Godoi came free, but Pedro Luiz Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tigre Brasilis F.C. were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Caravelas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nando Trigo took the corner. After taking down the ball on Tigre Brasilis F.C.'s corner Kjell Löv fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Luiz Lago quite easily take care of the ball. Pedro Luiz Lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romário Faria in the 77th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Alex de Alcântara could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Fabinho Carneiro however easily saved by the left post. Pedro Luiz Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romário Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Romário Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nico Pena hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Pedro Luiz Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Faria in the 84th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Tigre Brasilis F.C.'s goalkeeper Fabinho Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wesley Albuquerque. William Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luiz Lago having to interfere. Tigre Brasilis F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
