Ulryk Hendzel kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jefferson Oliveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Pedro Silva. Jefferson Oliveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbyszko Cupial's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Yağız Vecdet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Vladimir Miheev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes in the game Cheng Zhi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ulisses Valladares. Staffan Nyberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vladimir Miheev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeus Müller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Zbyszko Cupial shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jefferson Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeus Müller in the 29th minute of play forced Canastro FC's goalkeeper Vladimir Miheev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jefferson Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszko Cupial in the 32nd minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Zbyszko Cupial recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jefferson Oliveira. Zbyszko Cupial showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With an all-out effort, Canastro FC's Jefferson Oliveira threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zbyszko Cupial, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A well-hit corner resulted in João Pedro Silva heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Valter Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Pedro Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valter Abreu hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zbyszko Cupial to strike the kick off in the second half. Canastro FC's Zbyszko Cupial got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Canastro FC's Vladimir Miheev got control of the ball when Carlos Alberto Cavalcante tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Zeus Müller was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Canastro FC's goalkeeper Vladimir Miheev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeus Müller. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbyszko Cupial in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jefferson Oliveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Vladimir Miheev threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zeus Müller, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 70th minute of the match Hartmann Futebol Clube got a corner. Canastro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anselmo Rosado ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Hartmann Futebol Clube's corner Anselmo Rosado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vladimir Miheev quite easily take care of the ball. Jefferson Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszko Cupial, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Cupial in the 77th minute of play forced Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jefferson Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Jefferson Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Staffan Nyberg in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rdth minute of the game Staffan Nyberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hartmann Futebol Clube's Jefferson Oliveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Cupial in the 85th minute of play forced Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jefferson Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Canastro FC's zone, Zeus Müller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimir Miheev came out of the goal and Zeus Müller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vladimir Miheev was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Yang Jie Sen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Cupial in the 95th minute of play forced Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jefferson Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
