Josué Barbosa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Youri Theunissen came out and tried to block the shot, but Josué Barbosa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 58th minute. When Adalberto Loyola came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Barretos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adalberto Loyola couldn't finish the play. 62 minutes into the game, Dorian Leão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altamira SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barretos the free kick. Dorian Leão hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Altamira SS's Youri Theunissen got control of the ball when Oswaldo Rosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Dagoberto Macedo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Altamira SS's Dorian Leão got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Altamira SS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Barretos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
