Dacian Măcriș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Claudinei Alvarenga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 2-6 when Valentin Ţirpescu sped through Torreão OFF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claudinei Alvarenga. Torreão OFF's Claudinei Alvarenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Ţirpescu in the 84th minute of play.
