In the 15th match minute, Real Knit United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeu Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Romeu Araújo's late challenge caught a Vae Victis!!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeu Araújo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Vae Victis!! booed when Real Knit United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeu Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Quintun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Măcriș in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agnaldo Souto in the 22nd minute of play forced Vae Victis!!'s goalkeeper Mads Saver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Real Knit United's Agnaldo Lucas to fire away a dangerous shot which Mads Saver despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Real Knit United's Agnaldo Lucas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Antonio Quintun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Măcriș in the 36th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agron Elmasllari to make the kick off. Mads Saver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Souto in the 51st minute of the match. Mads Saver didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agnaldo Souto went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Humberto Linhares kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Real Knit United getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. João Vítor da Mata hit a great ball. Vae Victis!!'s Valentin Ţirpescu was substituted for Dacian Măcriș. In the 61st match minute, Real Knit United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor da Mata to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Vae Victis!!'s Valentin Ţirpescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Antonio Quintun. Antonio Quintun yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After 65 played minutes Real Knit United got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Borges. Vae Victis!! made a substitution. Hugo Jacinto replaced Humberto Linhares. After a rather tough play, Real Knit United's Basílio Borges got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute José Carlos de Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Quintun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Quintun came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Vae Victis!!'s Emmanuel Gigliotti. But to his dismay, Emmanuel Gigliotti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Real Knit United made a substitution. Fábio Sergipano replaced Moisés Gaspar. Antonio Quintun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Ţirpescu's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 80thth minute of the game Dedé Pinheiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vae Victis!!'s Mads Saver was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute, Edmílson Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Real Knit United's Agnaldo Souto broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Antonio Quintun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emmanuel Gigliotti in the 93rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dedé Pinheiro in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mads Saver prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
