In the 37th minute, Agnaldo Souto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mário do Vale was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A.D.Maragatos's Mário do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafim Bastos in the 40th minute of play. After the first half Real Knit United were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cauã Vidal to strike the kick off in the second half. Mário do Vale came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Real Knit United's Agnaldo Souto. But to his dismay, Agnaldo Souto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 57 minutes into the match, A.D.Maragatos's goal looked a bit too open when Serafim Bastos came free, but Mário do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cauan da Silva fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.D.Maragatos's protests and gave Cauan da Silva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th match minute, A.D.Maragatos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan da Silva to maneuver through the defense. Mário do Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Vítor da Mata in the 59th minute. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.D.Maragatos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Agnaldo Souto was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Knit United's players had a chance to rest. Antonio Quintun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chicão Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After taking down the ball on A.D.Maragatos's corner Cauan da Silva fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Antonio Quintun quite easily take care of the ball. Agnaldo Souto scored 0-3 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mário do Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mário do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Bastos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the game, João Vítor da Mata cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Mário do Vale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Real Knit United's Dida Gerber was substituted for Doriva Recife. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agnaldo Souto in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mário do Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Real Knit United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Agnaldo Souto in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.D.Maragatos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Agnaldo Souto was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Knit United's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Real Knit United's corner Dedé Pinheiro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mário do Vale quite easily take care of the ball. Antonio Quintun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauã Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 92 played minutes A.D.Maragatos got a freekick which was hit by Kaká Madureira. Dedé Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
