In the 4th minute, Robert Banciu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavio Figueroa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, vitoria u17's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte dos Santos came free, but Octavio Figueroa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcinho Madureira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute, Luiz Fábio Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Brusque FC's Robert Banciu tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 24 played minutes vitoria u17 got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Dante. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte dos Santos in the 26th minute of play forced vitoria u17's goalkeeper Octavio Figueroa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Brusque FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe Mattos came free, but Cristian Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Fabiano Contaldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavio Figueroa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte dos Santos in the 31st minute of the match. Octavio Figueroa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duarte dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Valdomiro Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duarte dos Santos couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Duarte dos Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Brusque FC's Duarte dos Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robert Banciu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Octavio Figueroa made a huge save. After 60 minutes, Ikonom Anakiev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brusque FC and the vitoria u17 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Octavio Figueroa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Octavio Figueroa managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Brusque FC's Duarte dos Santos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Brusque FC's Duarte dos Santos in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 87th minute, Fellipe Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. vitoria u17's Octavio Figueroa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte dos Santos in the 89th minute of play. Duarte dos Santos scored 1-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Octavio Figueroa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Brusque FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than vitoria u17 throughout the match.
