Rony Rüşti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Martins having to interfere. After some careless play in the Biquinha FC defense, Hílton Britto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arthur Martins. The Biquinha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arthur Martins should have stopped the shot. After having played for 20 minutes, Cristóvão Heidemann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leões do Sul 53's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristóvão Heidemann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Leões do Sul 53's Christiano Barreto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arthur Martins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The referee showed Arlindo Soares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 played minutes Biquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Arlindo Soares. Christiano Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Biquinha FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Leões do Sul 53 were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bruno Braga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Christiano Barreto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arthur Martins. Biquinha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christiano Barreto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After having played for 59 minutes, Rony Rüşti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Christiano Barreto took a quick shot and it went in 0-12 without a chance for Arthur Martins to make any attempt to save it. In the 94th minute Rony Rüşti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edu Prado's late challenge caught a Leões do Sul 53's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edu Prado helped the player get up and apologised. Edu Prado hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Biquinha FC's zone, Rony Rüşti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur Martins came out of the goal and Rony Rüşti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
